VACCINE CLINIC FOR BOSTON RESIDENTS HOSTED BY BOSTON PUBLIC HEALTH COMMISSION ON SATURDAY, JANUARY 15, 2022
This Saturday, 10am-4pm, The Boston Public Health Commission will host a large vaccine clinic for city residents ages 5 and up at the Melnea Cass Recreational Complex in Roxbury (120 MLK Jr Blvd). The clinic will offer first and second doses of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine, boosters for those ages 16 and up, as well as pediatric vaccines for children ages 5-11.
You can walk in that day, or schedule an appointment here (note that sometimes the signup link will say there is no more availability when volume to the website is too high – try again a few minutes later!). Target gift cards will be given out to all who show up and get their shot!
Click here to register for the vaccine clinic.
Please remember, individuals can mix and match their booster doses and do not need to get the same booster brand as their initial vaccination course. This is completely safe and very effective, especially for preventing severe cases of COVID-19 that could result in hospitalization.
Street parking is available on MLK Jr. Blvd. and Washington St. The location is also accessible via the 42 and 44 bus.
Thank you,
Boston Public Health Commission
